You processed my order on May 22nd and I didn't get my bike until Tuesday June 14th! That's more than three weeks and when I called and asked that someone call me back.... no one did! The customer rep. said you were busy with Holiday sales!!! That didn't pertain to me.... I wasn't a part of the sale! I asked that I be called back and again no one did. Poor customer service! The only easy part was the individual who put my bike together! He called to confirm then reconfirmed and then promptly delivered! He was polite, kind and happy.
