Nice bike but the communication between purchase and delivery was poor. I had to submit multiple customer service emails and finally called to get a response. I then had to call the shop in order to have my bike put together. Once I got to the bike shop they were amazing. However PureCycle did not set any expectations as to when I should expect to pick up my bike once it was received. I was also supposed to get a free bag and didnt. But getting an answer takes too long so I'm not going to bother.
