Ordered early May as a present from my wife. Crank was out of stock, so had to change to white, and was told would be shipped. Nothing until yesterday I called. And still not shipped and no reason other than warehouse must have not known to ship. Then no offer to expedite. So now birthday missed and still have no idea when the bike will arrive.
