The bike arrived at my son's house with one piece poorly manufactured so the crank could not be assembled, and with the wrong additional brake. (I ordered a rear and a front was sent, with a short cable.) When my son called for assistance, he was told to "take it to a bike store and have them assemble it." So he did, and he had to pay for that and the proper rear brake. That's why.
