I received an email the morning of the second business day apologizing for the delay in my shipment when it said it takes 2-3 business days to ship & I still received my shipment within the projected fifth business day. You included free gel lights & a backpack which wasn't even necessary but shows how committed you are to your customers. Thank you, you're the best company I've done business with by far.
