I've been a bit frustrated with my experience up to this point. My bike arrived with missing parts and when I took my bike into the shop to be built, the bike technician told me that one of the rims was cracked and he didn't feel comfortable building it in that condition. I still haven't received the missing parts and it seems like a bit of a hassle to get the other parts replaced. Honestly, it's killed a little bit of my excitement for having a new bike but I'm looking forward to having things fixed soon and getting on the road!
