I recently purchased a bike online and went with the size X-small, based on the recommendation of the size chart on the website. After receiving the bike, I discovered that the bike was WAY too large to the point that it is dangerous for me to take into the streets. After sending an email to support, I was told that since the bike had been put together (but not ridden) that an exchange was not allowed and there was nothing that could be done. Now I'm stuck with a 350 dollar bike that I can't even ride.
