I had a tough time with the entire process of getting my bike from here. I received the bike finally but it was damaged when I sent it back to Pure Cycles they had little to no communication with me about any updates on my bike. Finally after 4 days gone by with no response I went ahead and canceled my order and bought a different bike from my local bike shop.
