I really like my bike and the customer experience was very positive. I, by default, don't give out highest and or lowest scores unless there is something really exceptional, negative or positive about my experience. The only thing I'm not 100% happy about is the smallest little run of clear-coat on part of the frame. Other than that i'm completely happy, when on my bike ;)
