Met Council

The Metropolitan Council on Jewish Poverty is one of New York's largest human services agencies, providing over 100,000 New Yorkers with critical services in their fight against poverty.  Not only does the Metropolitan Council on Jewish Poverty help New Yorkers in need through career training, counseling and food services, but it also seeks to raise awareness about the growing problem of Jewish poverty in various communities.

To support their great mission, we donated two bikes in 2012, and followed up with a third bike in 2013.  We couldn't be happier to help those in need in New York.
