CicLAvia, Street Poets, and Pure Cycles

Christmas may have come and gone, but we're only halfway through Hanukkah, Kwanzaa's just kicking off, and the season of giving never really ends when you're spreading two-wheeled cheer.

To help pedal in the holidays this year we teamed up with CicLAvia and Street Poets Inc. to give 10 young artists brand new bikes to explore, experience, and engage with their communities. 

There's nothing like the liberation of being able to get anywhere in town under your own power - and nothing gives you a poets-eye-view of the street, quite like riding a bike!

Hit the road, change your perspective, and then write a poem, paint a portrait, or hone those photography skills. This world's only as good as the people in it and the things we create - so do your part to art it up. It's just easier to be creative, fun, and free from the back of your bike. We can't wait to see what you come up with.
